Falls Road Golf Course

In a part of Montgomery County full of private clubs, Falls Road Golf Course is a county-owned facility that's open to the public. It's one of nine public golf facilities operated by the county.

Public Golf in Potomac Since 1961

Falls Road Golf Course is a public course near the village of Potomac in Montgomery County, just a couple miles outside the DC Beltway. Playable by everyone, this par 70 layout has four sets of tees that play from 4,583 to 6,162 yards. It was the first of the county-owned courses when it opened in 1961. It received a major renovation (and a new clubhouse) in 2003. Falls Road also includes a public driving range with 22 bays and lights for night practice.
