Rees Jones (aka "The Open Doctor") provided his golf architecture expertise in the design of Broad Run Golfer's Club. The 18 hole layout is spread across 372 acres with hazards in the form of 54 bunkers, wetlands, ponds, a creek and lots of trees. The course has six tee boxes, playable in lengths ranging from 5,211 to 6,751 yards.
Tee times area available to the public and annual memberships can be purchased by golfers wanting to make Broad Run their home course. They pride themselves on their ability to handle outings of various sizes.

Broad Run Golfer's Club is located six miles west of the town of West Chester (home of West Chester University) and nine miles north of Kennett Square (home of Longwood Gardens). Despite its proximity to both Philadelphia and Wilmington, this part of Chester County has managed to retain some rural feel, with lots of green space in addition to the golf course. Suburbia has encroached on the course from a couple of directions, but there are long stretches of fairways lined by nothing but trees.
