Lancaster Country Club is a private club on the northeast side of Lancaster, straddling the Conestoga River. The 18-hole golf course designed by William Flynn is a classic - it hosted the 2015 US Women's Open and was given the same honor in 2024. The 9-hole Highlands course was added in the 1990's. The club also offers tennis, pickleball, platform tennis, swimming, fitness and dining.
