A Golf Course That's Playable By Everyone

The golf course at Bay Hills Golf Club is an 18 hole, par 70 layout that plays to a very reasonable 6,423 yards from the back tees. Three other sets of tees offer the option to play as short as 5,080 yards. Par of 70 consists of only one par 5 and three par 3 holes. Despite it being surrounded by homes, the course has plenty of trees that keep it less than obvious that you're in a metropolitan area with millions of residents.

Bay Hills Memberships and Outings

While Bay Hills is open for public play, they also offer four levels of membership for those planning to make it their home course. There are active men's and women's leagues for golfers looking for camaraderie and competition. The facilities at Bay Hills, including upgraded food and beverage, make it a popular place for outings and tournaments of various sizes.

Public Golf in Eastern Anne Arundel County

Bay Hills is located on the peninsula between the Severn and Magothy Rivers, less than ten miles north of Annapolis. It's about five miles from mainland end of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. This part of Anne Arundel County is very much residential-oriented and nearby communities include Cape St. Claire, Arnold, Wexford, Amberley and Severna Park. The nearest exit off US Route 50 is at its intersection with Bay Dale Drive, 1.5 miles south of Bay Hills.
